Absrtact
This Plan is being implemented over the period from March 3, 2022 to December 15, 2022. The main objectives of the Plan are to promote interchange in the industry and enhance its recycling capabilities, and encourage environmental education and awareness aimed at students and the public, in order to promote the culture of recycling. The main results achieved were as follows: (I) Selection of enterprises with excellent recycling performance in 2022. A total of 54 enterprises participated in the activity, and 27 model enterprises were selected after a two-stage selection process. An on-site demonstration learning activity was also held to promote interchange and learning within the industry. (II) Performed training of seed instructors, and encouraged them to return to their schools and promote recycling and environmental education. Completed training of 364 seed instructors, and provided awareness reaching 4,295 students. Collected and compiled instructional resources and materials concerning recycling, and classified these materials by format, topic, and educational level using labels, which will facilitate use by instructors. (III) A discussion was held with experts and instructors who are familiar with high school/vocational high school education in order to get a better understanding of key needs when incorporating recycling concepts in education at the high school/vocational high school level. A demonstration extension curriculum was then implemented in accordance with the views of the experts and instructors, and circular economy principles were incorporated into the curriculum at two universities and colleges, which will help train the sustainable development specialists of the future. (IV) To promote sustainable consumption and production models and support recycling entrepreneurship, a 5-day circular economy entrepreneurship exhibition was held, and attracted 40 companies involved in recycling. This exhibition contained four major topical areas, namely "Circular sharing," "Green circular technology," "Circular design products," and "Cultural creativity design," and experience activities allowed members of the public to create items with their own hands. A total of 3,806 persons attended this event.
